I started working with Richie when I had a change in my working life. I wanted to use the moment as an opportunity to assess where I was and decide what I wanted for my future, and I wanted some support with that journey. I choose Richie from the various coaches that I looked at because I liked the feel of the overall package on offer, looking at self-view, motivations, values, etc, alongside wellbeing and career options. The combination of both the 1-to-1 sessions and the course work was good and enabled me to talk things through in detail, as well as follow some structure with the course work to build up the picture of what I wanted. Richie is exactly how he comes across in the introductory videos on the website – calm, insightful, engaging and professional. The course work is well structured and the progress I felt quickly was incredible. As well as the 1-to-1 sessions and the coursework, I have also done some breathwork sessions which complement the other elements really well. I had some element of hesitation before I booked in, partly due to the awareness that I had no real idea what I wanted to do next and partly because of the cost of the programmes. Having made the decision and committed time, energy and money to it, I am very happy with what I got out of it. I would happily recommend Richie to family and friends.

It was my best decision in 2024 and probably the most meaningful investment in my life so far. Richie helped me to regain clarity, understand myself in a way that I never had done before and in doing so set the foundation for a new direction. This was my first experience of professional coaching and before I started, I was a little worried that it might be awkward to talk about personal challenges with someone you don't really know. However, Richie is such an authentic, honest and professional person that this feeling pretty much disappeared from the start. I really appreciated his incredible ability to listen and guide me through my personal development. In between the coaching sessions I worked through the defined programme structure including different chapters which helped me a lot to gain clarity, set my direction, understand doubts, values, strengths etc. During the coaching sessions I really liked the approach of focusing on what was most important to me personally at the time. This guaranteed deep and meaningful insights in every hour we had. It was also very exciting to learn new tools and methods. Richie introduced them when they were appropriate to the situation. Exciting ones were meditation and a breathwork session he offered in between. When I decided to do the programme, I was already convinced that it would be a good decision, but what surprised me the most was the after effect of the programme. After the programme it’s not the end, it's just the beginning and I feel well equipped and I’m really looking forward to continuing this exciting journey that has just begun. Without any doubt I can recommend Richie as a coach and his programme if you feel that you have potential in your life/ career and want to put your efforts where it really counts.

I came across Richie at a significantly pivotal point in my life, where I was at a cross roads in my career and ready to quit my job that evening! After researching what Richie had to offer, by reading his profile, customer reviews and watching a couple of videos, I resonated with Richie's words and decided to invest in career coaching with him instead. From day one Richie put me at ease, and supported me to unpick matters that needed addressing far more urgently than my career. Although initially uncomfortable, these sessions did bring to the surface a range of emotions I had suppressed, Richie guided me patiently allowing me the space during each session to discuss difficult topics, also providing me tools to work on myself in-between sessions. Over time Richie helped me to understand myself through a combination of focused sessions, breath work and structured 'homework' which I could read or complete at my own leisure. Consequently, as I became more balanced as a person, and developed into a more authentic version of myself, my career "issues" seemed to disappear altogether. Richie's positive outlook on life and understanding nature also influenced me to kick a couple of bad habits along the way! I now feel more focused and alert, able to manage challenging situations more gracefully, and overall I am more positive - others have noticed the difference which is an unexpected bonus!
